- Products are currently delivered via email only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically proceed within one (1) hour but could take as long as six (6) hours to deliver. Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email with your product at the email address which you provided on our order form.
PLEASE NOTE: Software related services or products and remote services come under “DIGITAL PRODUCT” once delivered through email it cannot be returned back because its not a Physical Product which can be re-soled to other user, So “No Refund” is issue however for our customers we have Refund Policy and they are us follow:
Refund in the below cases:
- A refund will be issued if FabVue fails to deliver the Product through email then Automatic Refund is processed.
- If the customer buy out of stock products that we are not mentioned it out of stock on our online store, It is a short-term out of stock product and the problem of Microsoft, It's not our fault. It will deliver within few hours. So the customer should wait maximum 24 hours. If we fail to deliver within that short term out of stock products within 24 hours, we will refund to customer's store credit balance and no accept any other refund methods.
Refund Time:
- It may take up to 1-2 business days to initiate the refund. Once the refund is processed it will take 2-4 business days depending on buyers bank or service provider to get the refund amount transferred to their Payment Source (Credit/Debit Card, Bank Account or Wallet) through which the payment was made.
- OR we refund to the customer's store credit balance.
